Man Luce

Sophie Brinon from La Maison Boulud Ritz Carlton is the winner of this competition with her “Man Luce” cocktail.

Man Luce : it’s a sweetness made from Rhum Trois Rivières, vanilla syrup with a touch of vanilla-infused pineapple, a hint of lime juice, a dose of hibiscus infusion, all seasoned with bondamanjak pepper tincture.

2nd position: Jacques Barneto from Projet Pilote with his “La baignoire de Joséphine” cocktail.
3rd position: Johanna Dhont from Monarque, with her “Évasion boucanée” cocktail .
