  • 1 box coconut milk
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • 5 gelatin sheets
  • Zest of 1 lime


  • Soak the gelatin sheets in water to soften.
  • Boil the milk with the lime zest.
  • Add the sugar and coconut milk.
  • Wring the water out of the gelatin sheets and add them to the milk mixture.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let cook for 10 minutes.

Serve with a fresh fruit salad!
