- 1 box coconut milk
- 1/2 litre milk
- 150 g sugar
- 5 gelatin sheets
- Zest of 1 lime
- Soak the gelatin sheets in water to soften.
- Boil the milk with the lime zest.
- Add the sugar and coconut milk.
- Wring the water out of the gelatin sheets and add them to the milk mixture.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with a fresh fruit salad!
