  • 1/4 lime
  •  2 teaspoons sugar or cane syrup
  •  2 ounces white rhum agricole from Martinique


  1. Spoon the sugar and squeeze the juice out of the lime wedge into a small glass.
  2. Add the rum, stir, and adjust to your taste.
  3. To make the drink less strong, add an ice cube if desired.

Enjoy in moderation.
