Tatin aux bananes

Banana Tatin

Preparation 10 min.

Cooking 20 min.


  • 4 bananas
  •  100 ml (1/2 cup) sugarcane syrup (or maple syrup)
  •  1 round sheet of puff pastry made with butter


  • Reduce the sugarcane syrup with a bit of water.
  • Fry the sliced bananas.
  • Place the bananas into a mould, add the syrup, and place the pastry on top.
  • Serve hot.
