Mango-Tuna Tartare

Preparation 10 min.


  • 500 g very fresh red tuna
  •  2 tablespoons soy sauce
  •  2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  •  1/2 mango


  • Dice the fresh red tuna and let it marinate in the soy sauce for a few minutes. Add pieces of chopped mango and the sesame seeds.
  • Serve with an arugula or seaweed salad.
