A community-focused recipe à la Martinique
For a 4th year, les CUISINES SOLIDAIRES DE LA TABLÉE DES CHEFS will produce, thanks to a donation from the Martinique Promotion Bureau, 5,000 portions of a Martinican recipe for Quebec food banks. This year: pulled pork with maple and Colombo alongside a red bean ragout.
The food and containers will be provided by the Tablée des Chefs and it is chef JÉRÉMIE JEAN BAPTISTE, Consulting chef/trainer, who will supervise the preparation of the meals.
