Located in the heart of Montreal’s Quartier des Spectacles, Kamúy is a pan-caribbean restaurant celebrating all the goodness the islands have to offer. Every element, including the carefully selected dishes, the music and the decor, is meant to reflect the vibe of a traditional Caribbean market. The menu will put a focus on sustainable foods, with a heavy dose of local ingredients, spices, and root vegetables from all around the Islands. The atmosphere is meant to reflect the idea of a traditional Caribbean market, with all of the colours, flavours, art, music, flora, and general party atmosphere. The seasonal menu at Kamúy is very much a work in progress, and will continue to evolve and change over time (as most good menus are supposed to).
