Martinican chef Yadji Zami founded Galanga Fish Bar, a seafood restaurant nestled among breathtaking scenery in Fort-de-France, in 2018.
He has since made it his mission to celebrate Martinique’s rich biodiversity through creative cuisine, using only ingredients that are grown or sourced locally through sustainable practices. He also works closely with local producers to feature unique, little-known products on his menu.
Yadji’s passion for originality and creativity inspires him to push the boundaries of gastronomy, treating his guests to a memorable culinary experience.
