Clémence Bruère-Dawson

Owner of OKO Soul Food

Clémence Bruère-Dawson is a Martinican who comes from a family of women cooks. She sees the food as a powerful tool for a healthier and more environmentally friendly lifestyle.

Clémence created OKO, a culinary experience inspired by the seasons, her travels, her favourite ingredients, and Caribbean cuisine. Finding just the right balance of flavours and textures—sour, spicy, crunchy, smooth—is her mission.

With OKO, Clémence’s dream is to contribute to a world she hopes to see in the future. She aims to promote a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle while sharing ancestral Caribbean knowledge and highlighting local biodiversity.
