The chef owner Alexandre Loiseau welcomes the 3 invited Martinican chefs, to create a collaborative dinner. The 4 chefs will bring their talents together to delight the finest palates. An exquisite collaboration not to be missed, reservations required.
And throughout Martinique Gourmande Festival, Loiseau d’à côté offers a dish inspired by the flavours of Martinique:
Chicken Colombo, smoked sweet potato puree and pan-fried cabbage
