Mango-Tuna Tartare

Ingredients
- 500 g very fresh red tuna
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 mango
Preparation
- Dice the fresh red tuna and let it marinate in the soy sauce for a few minutes. Add pieces of chopped mango and the sesame seeds.
- Serve with an arugula or seaweed salad.
