Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) sugarcane syrup (or maple syrup)
- 1 round sheet of puff pastry made with butter
Preparation
- Reduce the sugarcane syrup with a bit of water.
- Fry the sliced bananas.
- Place the bananas into a mould, add the syrup, and place the pastry on top.
- Serve hot.
