La Sérénade des Saveurs
La Sérénade des Saveurs is a farm specialized in fruit growing (guava, Cytherea plum, papaya, orange, pitaya, passion fruit…) from which the fruits are transformed into jams, nectars, and sweets.
The site has a tour route through the farm and a small store to discover and buy the products made on site, as well as paintings created by the manager.

Habitation Saint-Etienne
At a turn in the road lined with lush vegetation, the Habitation Saint-Étienne rises majestically. The former distillery, now a historical monument, has an impressive collection of industrial archaeological vestiges from the 19th and 20th centuries. The “Remarkable Garden” has a collection of 180 species of rare trees from around the world. The Habitation Saint-Étienne is the “kingdom of HSE Rum.

Galangha Fish Bar
The Galanga Fish Bar has given itself a mission: To offer in a bowl an explosion of flavor and freshness from the exceptional products offered by our beautiful island of Martinique. Chef Yadji Zami offers here a creative and intuitive cuisine in which fresh local fish is the “Star”: Ceviche, Tataki, semi-cooked, dumplings, carpaccio, Fish and Chips, all accompanied by a dozen vegetables, herbs and raw vegetables. Galanga is a spice close to ginger and turmeric still very little known in Martinique, it is full of flavors and virtues that you will discover here… A relaxed and calm place, birdsong, a K-Bowl… best for a healthy new dining experience at lunch?
