Restaurants and bars are serving up elaborate gourmet meals, while others have a signature menu created just for the Festival, with a cocktail or dessert inspired by Martinican culture.
A community-focused recipe à la Martinique
For the 5th year, les CUISINES SOLIDAIRES DE LA TABLÉE DES CHEFS are producing, thanks to a donation from the Martinique Tourism Authority, 5,000 portions of a Martinican recipe for Quebec food banks. This year: shredded Martinique-style marinated turkey, sweet potato salad and Madras sauce!
The food and containers will be provided by the Tablée des Chefs and it is chef JÉRÉMIE JEAN BAPTISTE, Consulting chef/trainer, who will supervise the preparation of the meals.

What’s in store: Tastings of emblematic specialties concocted by guest Chefs from the island, mixology competition, culinary sculptures demonstrations, dominoes tournament, family cooking workshops, introduction to zouk, Bèlè and Biguine dances demonstrations, more than twenty exhibitors, closing party and many other surprises await visitors!
