This year, there’s a big change! The cocktail competition is becoming a mocktail competition, with the challenge of showcasing an iconic ingredient from Martinique: volcanic vanilla (vanille volcanik).

Here is the list of the 8 finalists who had the chance to show all their talent and know-how. Jérémy Escolano of Nikkei Mtl was the grand winner of the mixology competition at the 2024 Martinique Gourmande Festival with his “Racines de Madinina” cocktail and won a week-long trip to Martinique.
