For two days, The Belvedere at the Montreal Science Centre in the Old Port of Montreal transforms into a true Caribbean immersion: Martinican flavours, crafts, music, and culture, all in the heart of the Old Port.

For its 19th edition, we are expecting over 12,000 visitors. This is your chance to gain visibility with an engaged, curious, and consumer-oriented audience.

Saturday, September 12
7:30 am – 10 am: Booth setup
10:30 am – 12 pm: Private inauguration (officials, VIPs, media)
12 pm – 7 pm: Open to the public
7 pm: Closing

Sunday, September 13
10 am – 11 am: Booth setup
11 am – 6 pm: Open to the public
6 pm – 8 pm: Closing and booth disassembly

• Exhibitors offering food or consumable products must provide proof of liability insurance.
• For exhibitors outside Canada, food products must be vacuum-sealed and declared to customs authorities in accordance with Canadian regulations.
